Yoga & Fitness Classes

For our classes:

  • Full class descriptions can be found in our customer portal here.
  • Class sizes will be limited. Because of this, pre-registration is highly recommended to reserve your spot. Registrations will be accepted through the website here or at the gym's front desk.
  • Community props (mats, blocks, straps, blankets, or bolsters) are available for use.
  • The yoga room will be cleaned and sanitized before each class.

Current Schedule:

  • Monday: Deep Stretch/Warm Yin Yoga with Gina 7:20pm-8:30pm
  • Wednesday: All Levels Flow Yoga with Savannah 6:30pm-7:30pm
  • Thursday: Dungeons and Dragons with Jordan 6pm-9pm

Participant Age:

  • Participants may attend yoga if they are 12 years of age and over with waiver on file
  • A parent must be present for the duration of the class for participants between 12-15 years of age. Only students 16 and up can attend classes on their own without supervision.

Yoga/Fitness-Only Pricing:

  • Drop In Visit: $17 + tax
  • 10 Punch Pass: $136 + tax
