
Scouts
On The Rocks offers a one day, five hour class for scouts ages 12+ to work toward earning their Climbing Badge/Adventure Badge through the Girl Scouts of America or the Boy Scouts of America! We have two BSA certified merit badge counselors at our gym who are more than willing to tailor the program for your needs. Climbing curriculum will vary slightly depending on badge requirements, but scouts will typically go through the badge requirements that are set forth in the most recent edition of the handbook.
We also have a shorter 3 hour climbing instruction course for the less intense training badges for ages 5-17 that is more tailored around what your groups needs are than for a merit badge specifically.
*All instructors are certified Climbing Wall Instructors through either the Climbing Wall Association (CWA) or the American Mountain Guides Association (AMGA).
Booking times are flexible. Please reach out to Coordinator Annalise at support@climbontherocks.com with any booking requests.
