Waivers

Every visitor to On The Rocks Climbing Gym must complete our liability waiver, safety policies and procedures form, and a facility orientation prior to using the facility.

Those that will NOT be climbing, and will be entering the gym, must also have a waiver on file.

For minors under 18 years of age, the liability waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. To fill out a waiver for a climber under 18, first create a profile for yourself (the parent/guardian), then add the minor onto your household. Once you complete this step, you'll sign the waiver document for everyone in your household.

You DO NOT need to print the waiver.
