Eligible On the Rocks Programs

At this time, the following regularly-scheduled Youth Programs and Summer Camp at On the Rocks are eligible for Ohio ACE reimbursement:

Intro (Levels 1-4)
Intermediate (Levels 5-8)
Climbing Club
Summer Camp

Procedure

Participants looking to apply ACE funding toward On the Rocks programs must pay for the class upfront and submit a claim for reimbursement through the official Merit Ohio website or apps. Traditionally, a digital receipt sent from On the Rocks via email at time of purchase is sufficient for claim submission, but we are happy to provide additional documentation as is necessary.

Please reach out to Communications Manager Tom at support@climbontherocks.com with any questions, help with claim submission documentation, or anything else related to our participation in the Ohio ACE Provider marketplace.
